A cheese plate will be included with admission featuring American Cheese Society blue ribbon winners: Ploughgate Creamery, Cabot Creamery with the Cellars at Jasper Hill, Spring Brook Tarentaise, Vermont Butter and Cheese, Grafton Village Cheese
